Go to + חדש, then click on פוסט

type title what you want it to be. 

on the right side, add in category and tags, then  featured image, make sure image is either square or landscape. if portrait, top will be cut off. 

go back to the top and click "publish"

next go to edit with elementor. after the wording – use + sign and add Go to top right, click 9 squares. Globals, add Icon Box Quote Box Efrat and then add text here.
